Once a payment has been successfully made to Art Express, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds, cancellations or reversals after the transaction is completed.
Service Nature
Our services — Packaging Design, Logo Design, Social Media Marketing, Website Design and Exhibition Stall Fabrication — are customized to client requirements. Due to this nature, refunds are not applicable at any stage of the project.

Disputes & Chargebacks
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds will be considered a violation of this policy and may lead to legal action.
