User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information.
- You will not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes.
- You are responsible for content and material provided to us.

Intellectual Property
- All designs and creative work developed by Art Express remain the property of Art Express until full payment has been received.
- Upon full payment, ownership rights of the final approved deliverables transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Art Express reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials and promotional channels.
- If the client wishes to keep a project confidential, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed prior to commencement. Additional terms or charges may apply.

Payments
- Advance payment is required before starting any project.
- Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery.
- Delayed payments may result in project hold or termination.

Revisions
- Limited revisions are included as per project scope.
- Extra revisions may be chargeable.

Limitation of Liability
- Any indirect or consequential loss.
- Third-party issues (hosting, platforms, printers, etc.).

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated.
